Orders and Deliveries

We make great efforts to provide you with an enjoyable and exciting shopping experience, and therefore try to send the jewelry you've chosen as quickly as possible. Orders placed until the time of 15:00 will be packaged and shipped the same day.

After the courier company collects the package from our offices, you will receive a text message to your registered cell phone with the details of the order, and phone number to get in touch with the courier company.

The delivery person will agree with you a convenient time for delivery, and will arrive at the destination address within three working days from the time of approval of the order. Our couriers reach every part of the country and virtually all of the globe!

There is no charge for delivery.

Customers who register on the website can check progress of their order in their personal area.

 

Collection

It's possible to collect the order directly from our offices at the following address: 5 Har Sinai Street, Third Floor, Tel-Aviv on Sunday - Thursday between the hours of 09:00 - 17:00.

For collection - please add a comment in the Notes section at the time of ordering.

 

Changes in an Existing Order

It's possible to change the details of the order until the time of 15:00 on the day of ordering.

Orders placed after the time of 15:00 can be changed until 15:00 the following day.

If you completed your order not on a working day (such as on the weekend or a holiday), you can change the details of the order until the time of 15:00 on the next working day.

After the time of 15:00, the item is already making its way to the delivery address and one must follow the procedure for Returns.

For a change in the delivery address there is no need to cancel the order, but rather to change the address at the time of the phone call coordinating delivery with the courier.

To cancel or change an order prior to its dispatch:

1. Email us at: [email protected] 

2. Include your Order Number and Item Number and we will cancel your order.

3. A confirmation of the order's cancelation will be sent to the email address you provided.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We're delighted that you have joined the circle of satisfied customers of youme, and are certain you will have enjoyment from your jewelry for many years to come.

If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase - no problem! You can return the item and receive a refund:

Up to 14 days from the date of purchase, you will receive a full refund through the means used to pay for the purchase.

Up to 30 days after the date of purchase, you will receive a credit voucher to the value of the item purchased on the website. This voucher will be sent to your email address.

Please note: items made to order in accordance to size or personal request will be refunded 40% of the the total.

 

How to Return Items

Email us at: [email protected] , including your Order Number and Item Number.

Place the items to be returned into an envelope, along with the order details enclosed with the item of jewelry.

Affix the sticker of free return shipping on the envelope and drop it off at your nearest post office branch. If you are outside of Israel, please take the item to your post office and send it back to us, but be sure to ask for a receipt for the cost of shipping and email it to us - we will reimburse the cost of postage.

If you prefer, you can return the item directly to our offices. Our address: Har Sinai Street 5, Third Floor, Tel-Aviv, Israel.

Please note:

Refunds or credits will be processed on the receipt of the item at our offices, and in accordance to the terms and conditions of the credit card company.
